Welcome to Chapman Heights Community Association
The Association is located in the scenic foothills of Yucaipa, California, covering over 1,000 acres within a thoughtfully planned community. With 1,977 homes, Chapman Heights residents enjoy stunning mountain views, rolling hills, and more than 255 acres of preserved open space. The community features miles of multi-use trails, beautifully landscaped common areas, and approximately 2,900 trees.
Amenities include a dog park, a tot lot playground, a splash pad, and over 2 miles of well-maintained walking trails. The Association also provides added security and convenience with nightly patrols, on-site staff, and common area pest control. In 2022, the Association was honored with the "Extra Large Community Association of the Year" award by the Community Associations Institute (CAI) of the Inland Empire region.
Yucaipa itself is a charming city offering year-round outdoor activities, including the nearby Yucaipa Regional Park with its lakes and campgrounds, as well as the Yucaipa Valley Golf Course. This 18-hole championship course winds through the community, though it is a public course and not affiliated with the Association.
